Feature Showcase

These are new and in-development features shared for internal review. Some are live, others are in active engineering. We want your input. Use the feedback form below to tell David and Ernie what excites you, what you would change, or what workflows we should build next.

REVISED ClinClaw Scribe
Ambient Scribe with Epic Write-Back + Revenue Integrity. Replaces: Abridge, Nuance DAX, DeepScribe, Suki. The clinician clicks a Teams link and the visit starts normally. ClinClaw's bot joins silently, captures the conversation in real time, and maps the transcription to the provider's imported Epic SmartPhrase template. New in this revision: the AI synthesis step now structures documentation for accurate E/M coding, informed by institutional billing history and note patterns. The goal is revenue integrity, not upcoding: the note captures what actually happened with the specificity needed for clean claims. The structured draft appears immediately as an Adaptive Card in Teams chat with a OneDrive backup. On approval, ClinClaw writes back to Epic via FHIR DocumentReference.Create, matched to the encounter CSN.
ClinClaw Scheduling
Invisible Scheduling from Any M365 Surface. Replaces: QGenda, Kyruus, Docpulse, manual Epic scheduling workflows. A provider highlights a patient name in an Outlook email, a Teams chat mention, a shared OneDrive note, or the pinned ClinClaw tab. ClinClaw pulls the patient's context, queries Epic's FHIR Appointment.$find for available slots filtered by the provider's specialty and RAG-stored preferences, and presents them in the same Teams pane. One tap: Epic appointment booked, Outlook calendar blocked, patient gets a MyChart reminder. Epic and Outlook stay perfectly synchronized.
ClinClaw Outreach
Patient Outreach with Response Routing. Replaces: Luma Health, Artera (WELL Health), Relatient, manual phone-based pre-visit outreach. A provider triggers a pre-visit outreach session from Teams. ClinClaw sends SMS and agent calls to patients using SHA-256 hashed phone numbers via Azure Communication Services. When patients respond, a webhook normalizes the phone hash, looks up the contact, finds the active session, and routes the response back to the originating provider's Teams chat as a pre-visit brief. Three phases (outbound, inbound, delivery) run automatically with full audit trails and blast-radius controls on how many patients can be contacted per run.
ClinClaw Workday Agent
Workday Accounting Agent in Microsoft Teams. Replaces: manual Workday data entry, Concur expense workflows, spreadsheet-based AP reconciliation. ClinClaw extends beyond clinical workflows into hospital operations. This concept shows a native co-pilot for Workday that eliminates constant app switching and manual coding for expense reports, accounts payable, and month-end close. A Workday item triggers the agent, which auto-categorizes and generates entries, outputs an Adaptive Card for review, and writes back to Workday. One control point in Teams, conversations become auditable records, and the system matches your existing Workday configuration.

Why ClinClaw

Two personas, one agent

Prior auths, patient letters, and protocol lookups for clinicians. Scheduling, rev cycle, and regulatory reporting for operators.

Your stack, your control

Deploys on your Azure tenant. Data never leaves your environment. No new BAAs. No vendor cloud.

The integration gap

Microsoft cannot do clinical. Epic cannot do the rest of your stack. ClinClaw connects both via FHIR and Graph.

Incremental deployment

Three phases, each independently valuable. Start with document Q&A. Add Epic read. Add write-back when ready.
